Where do I start...I've been with them for over 6 months now and I remember half of that period being ok and then everything going downhill from there...and now. The Residential server I was using went down unexpectedly so I've lost many days of work/income. Customer service has now become NON-EXISTENT...and the worst part is knowing that they're posting on FB but don't care enough to respond to customer questions on their messages and every other way I've tried. Anyways, my Sprint Residential wasn't connecting to anything outside of FB and YouTube...almost two days now. I am now forced to pay for another provider in mid subscription due to this issue...so I would call that a scam?. I hope to never deal with this company and wish them all the best?
Years ago I bought a lifetime account. Now I no longer have access to it after my server configs are no longer available after logging in. I wrote to support several times, but disappointingly, I received no answer. I can only recommend everyone to get a different VPN that is more trustworthy than RapidVPN!

This is an update from my review from 10/14/21. Five weeks after my first email to the support, I have now received a response. The support has apologized and explained that they are currently reorganizing their support. My lifetime access has now been restored.
